Help and Support are offered in either HTML and/or PDF formats.
The HTML format is for online viewing.
To view an HTML document, simply click on the link and the information will be displayed.

The PDF format is designed for viewing or priniting either online or offline.
To view or print a PDF document you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed.
If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download a free copy from the Adobe website.
With Adobe Acrobat Reader installed you can view a PDF document online by clicking on the link,
you can also right click (this means you click the button on the mouse that is located on the right) and
select save as.When the document is saved you can open it and view it even when you are offline.
To print the PDF document, open it and either select the Print Icon or click on File and then select
Print or hold down the Ctrl button and press P.
