Help and Support are offered in either HTML and/or PDF formats.

HTML files are viewable online in your browser.

The PDF format is designed for viewing or printing either online or offline.
To view or print a PDF document you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. You can download a free copy from the Adobe website.

With Adobe Acrobat Reader installed you can view a PDF document online by clicking on the link, you can also right click and select "Save As". When the document is saved you can open it and view it even when you are offline.

To print the PDF document, open it and either: 1. Click the Print Icon, 2. Click on "File" and then select "Print" or 3. Hold down the Ctrl button and press P.
